The space A unique hard loft converted from a commercial office complex. Curated with comforts perfect for a home away-from-home: Egyptian cotton linens, orthopedic bed, spa inspired bathroom, smart TV, a dedicated work area and a fully kitted kitchen. Guest access The Entire space is yours to enjoy. High surveillance building strictly forbids gatherings. Other things to note 🚫 Gatherings, parties, events and photoshoots are strictly not allowed. Building security will request immediate checkout with NO refunds. A fine of $500 will be applied and authorities notified as necessary. 🅿️ Parking can be arranged underground at $25/day. Limited spots, please request atleast 48 hours ahead to reserve. The city is best accessible by foot, street cars and underground metro. ☕ Coffee, tea and standard condiments are stocked. 🧻 Starter supplies are provided including toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Should you require additional supplies, the closest grocery store is Shoppers Drug mart or Loblaws, about a 5 mins walk. 🏋️‍♂️ A gym is available on the main floor where you can request pay per use. Check out studio-fitness online. 🚫 No pets allowed 🚭 Smoking, including vaping or cannabis, is strictly not allowed inside the suite and building 🚨 In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 for police, ambulance or fire services. Exit the suite immediately and proceed down the building stairwells. Please do not use the elevator. 💵 Canadian tax, HST, will not be charged for stays longer than 31 days.
