Located in a private country setting, on top of a hill About 5 minutes by car from MTZ Beaches, Las Brisas, La Boca and Navidad. It has three rooms, one en suite It has a terrace pool (can be heated), barbecue grill, stove, Bosca, gas stove and spacious terraces Close to places to practice kite, windsurf, surf, MTB, fishing and Supermarkets, Hardware stores and services The space Master bedroom with king bed and bathroom with tub. The other two rooms share a large bathroom, which has ample ventilation and a door to access directly from the outside to clean beach sand, etc. The three rooms overlook the ocean, one has a small private terrace and exit to the patio. The living room/kitchen connects directly with the terrace and main patio. Guest access The house has a hollow stone parking lot. Other things to note The pool has two systems for tempering, in summer a heat pump allows the pool to be tempered for free up to 40° Celsius using solar energy. In winter with a boiler (the heat pump helps somewhat - depending on the radiation available) in which case the guest will be charged separately for the gas used to heat it.
