Bright and quiet apartment

Other things to note NOTES: - Preference for quiet families and groups. - Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. (Neighbors are strict about quiet hours) - We provide clean towels, bedding, and sheets. There is no daily cleaning service or towel replacement, but you can request additional towels/bedding for an extra fee. - For stays longer than 7 days, an intermediate cleaning can be scheduled. - This is self-catering accommodation. This means that we will leave you an initial supply of certain items, such as toilet paper, trash bags, or dish detergent, but when they run out, it is your responsibility to purchase more. CHECK-IN TIME - Self check-in with safe (on the day of check-in you will receive all instructions/access code) - The apartment will be clean and ready for you between 3pm and 4:30pm. - Whenever possible, we can allow early check-in, upon request. CHECK-OUT TIME - You must have everything packed and be ready to leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m., or at the latest when the cleaning service arrives. You cannot stay after 11:00 a.m. OWNER ACCESS - On rare occasions, authorized persons may need to access the property for maintenance services or other necessary tasks (owner, host, maintenance services, etc.).
