Beautiful apartment in the middle of Rheinhessen

This stylish accommodation in the middle of Rheinhessen, near the Rhine in the wine-growing village of Gimbsheim, is a perfect place of rest and relaxation. At the same time, our vacation rental is perfect for activities in the area: cycling, swimming in the beautiful surrounding and walkable lakes, paddling with the SUP, golfing, vineyard hikes, etc. A sauna can be booked and rounds off your day wonderfully with a glass of wine. A pleasure to the fullest. The space A spacious, bright basement apartment that is very quiet, located directly on the Wingert. We have furnished the apartment with attention to detail. Children are very welcome. We have a double bed, a cozy sofa bed for two and a children's or baby bed (see pictures). The apartment is therefore well suited for a maximum of 4 adults and families with children (up to 5 people). Guest access The apartment has its own access. Check-in can be done via a key box if desired. A two-person sauna is included in the house and use can be booked at any time for an additional charge. Feel free to let us know in the house and enjoy. A short request before the final booking if you wish to use it ensures that the sauna is safely available in the desired period. Other things to note We also live in the house (my husband and I with our children Mats & Madita), completely separated from the apartment, of course. We are usually quiet. However, there are always noises when children are in the house, especially when they are practicing musical instruments or the like. We therefore ask for mutual consideration. Our sauna is designed for 2 people and is so usable. In case of a request for sauna during the stay, we ask for a short request before the final booking to be able to safely check whether the sauna is available for the desired period. The capacity of our wonderful apartment is enough for 4 adults and families with 5 people , with the toddler bed being a place to sleep. Looking forward to seeing you soon💛.
