Vineyards, swimming lakes, hiking trails, a golf course and the Rhine are in the immediate vicinity. After an active day, you can relax in our sauna or end the evening with a glass of regional wine. Ideal for couples, families and nature lovers. The apartment is pleasantly cool despite hot temperatures. The space The bright and spacious 60 m² apartment has its own entrance and offers everything for a pleasant stay. Thanks to large windows and the open design, our basement apartment looks friendly, very bright and inviting. The quiet location right by the vineyard creates a relaxed atmosphere. Sleeping possibilities: - Bedroom with a cozy double bed - Comfortable sofa bed for 2 people - Child's bed or crib on request The property is ideal for up to 4 adults or families of up to 5 people. Furnished with a lot of love for detail, the apartment combines comfort with a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere. Children are welcome here. For a flexible and uncomplicated arrival, check-in via key box is also possible on request. A special highlight is our private sauna for two people. Use can be booked for an extra charge. Please let us know before booking if you would like to use the sauna so we can ensure availability for your stay. We have also created an option for an electric car charging station. Other things to note We, as the host family, also live in the house, but the vacation apartment is completely separate and offers our guests a lot of privacy.
