Everything about this home was designed for the perfect beach vacation. Boasting nearly as much outdoor living space as it has indoors, Warmth of the Sun features screened-in porches and open air balconies on all three levels. A back patio offers an outdoor kitchen area with a ceramic cooker, gas grill and private hot tub/spa. On the third floor, you'll find a 275 square-foot sun deck with chaise lounges and a large covered porch area to enjoy the evening breeze. When it's time to come inside, there's plenty of space to stretch out including two living rooms with large flat screen TVs, a beautiful kitchen and dining room, and five spacious bedrooms with flat screen TV's – making it the perfect getaway for large groups. Two primary king suites feature luxury en suite bathrooms, with a walk-in shower and Moen ioDigital vertical spa on the first floor, and a whirlpool tub and separate rainfall shower upstairs. All of the rooms flow into outdoor living spaces, offering plenty of places to stretch out with a good book or gather with friends after a long day. No matter the forecast, we are sure you'll be blown away by the amenities of this Seacrest home. Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world's most beautiful beaches in no time. This project will be handled by the HOA, and we do not have any control over the timeline, or if delays may occur. Since the community pool is not heated, the project is scheduled during Winter to have as little guest inconvenience as possible. Parking Warmth of the Sun has a large, private driveway for two vehicles and nearby on-street parking for vehicles with the community pass. NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY. The off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Off-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a designated lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag. Parking anywhere on the street in non-designated areas is prohibited. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times in every vehicle. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home. Reservation/Booking Policy ***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations. ~ NO SMOKING ~ Pets Not Allowed (Excluding certified service animals only.
