12 Quay Hill is an historic listed house located in one of the most beautiful streets in the New Forest, 50 yards from the Marina, 50 yards from the High Street - an unbeatable situation. With 4/5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (3wc), a courtyard and a large lounge spread over 3 floors, it will comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. Lymington is the perfect base to explore and enjoy the New Forest, at any time of the year. The house comes with two parking clocks which can be used in local car parks. The space From the front door, the sitting room is directly to your right and a long corridor draws you in ahead which leads onto the outdoor decking. The sitting room/dining room is separated by a small step (please take care) and then flows through to a kitchen, utility room and downstairs loo. Upstairs on the first floor are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom and loo. Heading up some steep and narrow stairs to the loft is a twin room that leads directly to a single room with an en-suite shower and loo. These two bedrooms are separated by a curtain and we call this the ‘dorm’. This house is the perfect set-up for two-three families. Other things to note The property comes with two parking clocks. Depending on where you park, you may need to move the car after a period of time to avoid getting a ticket.
