The space The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms Bedroom 1: master room. 1 Queen size bed Bedroom 2: 2 Queen size beds Bedroom 3: 2 Queen size beds Living room: 1 sofa bed and folding Cots Kitchen with Stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, all necessary utensils in kitchen. Breakfast Table for six people. Large living room, large mount view deck , gas BBQ grill and Propane gas, Plenty of parking Guest access You will have full access to the whole house. The key is located in the combo lock box. Self check in Other things to note Please note the there is poison oak in the area so don’t touch any plant you are not be familiar with. There are some cows who live freely within the property. Please close the gate as you enter the property. This is very important due to the cows we have on the property. If the gate is left open the animals may get out and go on main road and can be a danger to them. Please note that as you go up to the property, the road is unpaved so go slow on your right. The big structure (garage) on the back and the Cabins are not included with your reservation. If you will bring your small pet, we need to know prior to your visit. There is an extra fee per dog. (See house manual for additional instructions) The weather is usually 50’/60’s c from December thru March and 70’/90’s thought-out the rest of the year. No need for car chain as it only snows ones or twice a year during the months of December thru February (it usually melts within a day or so). If you drive up to Sequoia National Park, you will most likely find lots of snow during the months of November thru February.
