Located in Via Galli Tassi, near the court, the accommodation is a short walk from Via San Paolino and Via Fillungo, and all the attractions that the city of Lucca offers. Located on the raised ground floor of an elegant condominium, the apartment overlooks only the interior; you will therefore enjoy fantastic tranquility and a pleasant view of a garden. The space The apartment consists of an entrance, a living room, two bedrooms (single beds that can be combined into double beds), and two bathrooms. On the raised ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, moka coffee maker, small fridge, sink and equipped for simple culinary preparations. The house has heating, which is set at 21 degrees, as required by current legislation. The house is also equipped with air conditioning. There is a smart TV in one of the two rooms with access to Netflix and Tim Vision. It is currently not possible to view digital terrestrial channels. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. In the hallway and in the bedroom, two small cabinets containing cleaning products and household linen have been reserved. Guests still have a large wardrobe for each room. Other things to note Guests are required to pay the tourist tax (2.5 euros per person), and to send a copy of their identity documents and the signature of the rental contract before arrival, as required by Italian law on short rentals. The apartment is rented as a tourist rental, therefore there are no ancillary services during the stay (infra-weekly cleaning, food and/or food administration).
