I will try to help when possible (however I do not promise to be available 24/7). -> I will visit multiple times, especially to check if guests understand waste disposal and keep the apartment clean. Other things to note -> Please note that there is a double bed (in one bedroom) and 1 single bed (in 2nd room). Additional guests can sleep on temporary madras in the same bedrooms. 1: Use the Apartment with care. 2: No Drugs/Alcohol/Smoking/Vaping/e‑Cigarettes are allowed inside the Apartment. (standard in Sweden). 3: No Parties. 4: No Shoes are allowed to be used anywhere inside the apartment, not even in Washrooms, Toilets, etc. (standard in Sweden). 5: You can "not" through garbage anywhere you like. There is a recycling & garbage management process to be followed (standard in Sweden). 6: -> Keep your Rooms & Apartment Clean (Self-Service). We will set up a clean apartment before your check-in (one-time service). But, we did "not" charge you in advance for any regular cleaning service during your stay. --> If you need (or if you are too busy to self-clean the apartment), you may buy cleaning services (optional). 7: -> For the Good Service of current, & future guests as well as for the safety of the Apartment the host (or co-hosts) can visit the apartment in communication with guests at least once a week and before check-out to ensure cleaning and status of the apartment is on appropriate/agreed level. -> Please let us know if anything you need or if you have any questions. -> We will help you as much as possible. -> Most people/guests in this apartment eat mostly Seafood, Vegetarian Food, as well as Halal Meat.
