Willow the Caravan

Willow is a practical and comfortable caravan, able to accommodate 6 people, including up to 4 adults (depending on their size, details below), on the doorstep to the South Downs. Whether you're passing through and need a bed for the night, or looking for a base for your holiday, Willow could be just what you're looking for. The space Willow has all the amenities you would expect from a modern caravan - kitchen facilities, fridge with small freezer, hob and oven, crockery and cutlery, shower, toilet and hand basin. Willow has blown air heating so can be very warm and cozy. The downstairs toilet in our house will be accessible throughout your stay, and our (old but functional!) gas BBQ is available too on request. Please note, the two top bunks are only suitable for children or guests weighing less than 50kg, and the bottom rear bunk has a limit of 70kg. Willow is a no smoking caravan and we request guests do not smoke in or near the caravan. If guests do smoke, please dispose of cigarette butts safely in a bin. There is a step up into the caravan and this may not suit people with limited mobility. Guest access Staying in Willow is much more than the caravan. When staying with us you will have the run of nearly an acre's mature garden, a zip wire, and if you or your companions like dogs then our labrador will be delighted to entertain you or your kids! If you don’t like dogs we can equally keep her out of your way, please just ask. In summer there is a patio area (under renovation in July 2025) and a gas BBQ for you to use. We also have secure bike storage and bike servicing tools and facilities if you’re visiting us on 2 wheels (we’re very convenient for the King Alfred’s and South Downs Ways). Other things to note Willow can be configured to suit your requirements; please tell us in advance how you’d like it when you arrive. With one double or two single beds available at the front, a side bunk and rear bunk, it can cater for up to 6 guests. However, please note the top bunks are for younger and smaller guests (less than 50 kg), and the rear bottom occupant must be less than 70kg. A conversation is useful in advance to establish your requirements. We will provide all linen and towels unless otherwise specified. Dogs. If you bring dogs they must sleep on the floor and are not allowed on beds. If there is a chance they might jump up in the night please bring your own sheets and duvets. An excellent pub and a renowned Indian restaurant are both within a 5 minute walk, and Liss village (an 8 minute walk) has a Tesco Express, several takeaways and a mainline railway station. We are 2 minutes by car from the A3.
