Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home super close to all Tifton has to offer. Shopping, downtown, hospital, schools and major highways! The space Our home was built in 1960. It’s a very sound and well insulated home with many updates recently to the interior. Our kitchen is a small galley kitchen but large on amenities. It does not have a dishwasher. Dining room seats 4 comfortably and has a china hutch that can be used as storage as well. Our living room had a super comfy sectional that reclines on either end. Sit back and watch your favorite show on the 65” smart tv! Wi-Fi is set up, just sign into your own personal favorite streaming service. Bedrooms have a queen bed in each as well as large smart tv’s, box fans, and linens. 3rd bedroom is a dedicated office space with a very beautiful roll top desk. The closet in this room doubles as a linen closet with extra towels, bedding and basic cleaning items (like broom, vacuum, dustpan etc) Washer and dryer are located in the hall. They are full size. There is one bathroom that has been updated as well. The original tub and tile are here, but reglazed with new fixtures. New flooring and vanity. We have a one car carport, but room to park 2 cars on property. The back yard is large and is fenced on 3 sides only. We recently had a large amount of trees and brush cut down for safety and visibility. This home is very inviting and in a safe quiet neighborhood close to all Tifton has to offer!!
