Avoid the main entrance line: enter through the North Entrance Saltwater pool- heated upon request.* This home may feel private and secluded but it is minutes away from Starbucks, grocery stores, Tesla supercharger, and more. (Check Guidebook for some of our fav places nearby.) The space Private home with a fully fenced backyard. Tv in every room. Chic Room- Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. THE room to sleep in. Enchanted Room- Walk into the forest. This room is full of green and feels so magical. Think fairy. Queen bed Frontier Room- Accidentally themed, this western like room sets a relaxing ambiance with its color scheme and dim lighting. Queen bed Garage converted into Game Room- EV charger, arcade games, pool table, air hockey Backyard- outdoor propane grill, fire pit, views of the mountains, stars, and sunset. At night you can see the marine base lights, it looks like a little city. Pool and Spa- 60 foot Saltwater pool with depths 4-8 ft with partial shade cover over shallow end. Pool heats between 80-95°F and heating fee is only $100/night with a 2 night minimum. Highly recommended to use pool heater if you plan to use the pool at night or on cold days. There’s no fee for heating the spa. Guest access Full access Other things to note FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Is the Pool/Spa heated? The pool and spa can be controlled by the guests from a tablet in the house. To heat the entire pool there is an additional charge of $100/night for each night heated. (Minimum 2 days of heating) Keep in mind the pool heats up at a rate of 1-2 degrees per hour so if you would like it heated please let us know prior to checkin. The spa however heats up in less than 30 minutes. There is no fee for heating the spa. Is there a BBQ? Yes, we do have an outdoor propane BBQ available for use. Propane is included at no additional cost. How do you turn on the fireplace? There will be a gold key and a lighter above the fireplace. The key is inserted to the right of the fireplace and turned counterclockwise to turn on the gas and you will use the lighter to ignite the fireplace by lighting the gas above the fireplace logs. To turn off the fireplace turn the key clockwise until the fire goes out. EV Charger: - Tesla wall charger adds up to 44 miles of range per hour at 11.5 KW / 48 amp output - Integrated J1772 adapter to conveniently charge any electric vehicle -Charging is available between 9p-4p Note about Wildlife: Please be aware that our property is located in an area where local wildlife is often seen, especially in the backyard. Guests may encounter animals such as [rabbits, mice, roadrunners, snakes, etc…], particularly during early mornings or evenings. These animals are wild and should not be approached or fed.
