If you are sensitive to noise and prefer not hearing people walking or making noise upstairs then this is not the right place for you. Guests will need to go up and down exterior stairs in order to enter and exit the unit. Also spiral stairs on the inside that go up to the laundry room. Free street parking Private Entrance 1300 SF The space Quiet hours 9:30pm-8:00am Please no smoking inside home. Living room has air-conditioning and heating - mini split unit. Master bedroom does not have air-conditioner. Portable heaters for rooms. Daily Reminder: Please turn off Air Conditioner, Heaters and Oven when you leave the house to conserve energy and for safety purposes. Things that are nearby: grocery stores, Echo Park, Downtown LA, Dodgers Stadium, arts district and many freeways. This is the ideal place to be for LA travelers! Guest access Free street parking. Narrow streets. Guests can access the green gate. As soon as you open the gate, walk down 2 steps, there you will see combo box closest to the staircase attached to gate. To enter unit - walk down staircase to the front door. (private entrance) Other things to note Sorry, this is not a party house. There is a ring security camera recording live on top of the garage facing the driveway and the street. We just want to let our guests know that this is not a party house or a place to hold events and/or to do a physical business out of. Thank you for your cooperation and we hope you enjoy your stay! Also please DO NOT put hands in the sink there is a disposal and it can cut your hands and cause damage. Call the host if you need to get anything from the inside of the sink.
