It's Pretty close to the Empire Polo Grounds which is 3 miles to the Coachella festival, StageCoach Festival and Desert trip. And is just a few Miles to the Famous PGA West Golf Tournaments. The Beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains Surround this home, Biking, Hiking, and Golfing are a favorite activity here in the Coachella Valley. There are Many Restaurants, which host Fine cuisine dining to fast foods. Many Shops and big Retail stores are within a few miles. we also have A Walmart grocery store, Walgreens Starbucks and other restaurants and fast food are close by. We have a Doggie Named Jojo who is friendly with Guests. He barks but does not bite. Guest access You will be provided a Front Door Key..So you can come and go as you please. Key will be provided for your bedroom also. During your stay We are here to help make your Stay Awesome so you will come back again.. this is Our family home. Other things to note All Guests must sign a release of liability when they arrive on premises. If they will be using the Pool and jacuzzi area due to there is No life Guard on duty in Pool area and All Guests Swim at your own risk, No one under the age of 18 years allowed in the pool area without a Adult Present. small children must be accompanied by an Adult at all times.
