The space This quality Spanish home was custom designed and built, and the outdoor spaces are just as beautiful as the living spaces, with a courtyard “belonging in a magazine” as stated by one of our guests. This location is a perfect home base for your Southern California adventures. Located in the heart of Temecula Wine Country. Experience the local wineries minutes away, tours, restaurants, music scene, horseback riding, fishing, golf, hot air balloon tours, Old Town Temecula about a 15 minute drive. San Diego, Orange County, and the Palm Springs area all about an hour away. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: All bedding, linens, pillows and towels are luxury grade . All hypoallergenic materials. No down feathers. - Primary Master Bedroom Suite – King bed, ensuite bathroom, shower only (no tub), walk-in closet, view and direct access to garden courtyard - Guest Bedroom 2 – Upstairs, full bed, open door (see photo for doorway set up). TV in room. Stream your own shows. - Bedroom 3 – Downstairs, queen sofa bed with upgraded high end mattress and support board, open iron door and cellar setting (see photo for doorway set up) KITCHEN: We are stocked with everything you might need in our massive chef's kitchen with huge island, pots and pans, bakeware, wine glasses, utensils, crockpot, and gas BBQ outside large enough to cook for your entire group. The kitchen building is connected to your sleeping quarters building and you take about eight shorts steps outside under a covered patio. The gourmet kitchen is a beautiful place to gather and entertain, while allowing peace and quiet for guests who want to retire and rest in their rooms while others are still celebrating in the kitchen area. We must mention COFFEE because it is important!! A Keurig Duo machine offers both drip coffee or KCup option. We provide ground coffee and a variety of quality Kcups, also Coffeemate creamers in regular and French Vanilla. Sweetners provided are sugar, Splenda and Stevia. For non-coffee people, we have a selection of teas for you. Enjoy your meal or coffee/tea in the formal dining room or large chef's kitchen or outside in the courtyard amongst the beautiful landscaping. GAMES!!! available and hopefully will get you outside: Cornhole, Yardzee, 4 Foot Jenga. Also, poker set with chips and cards, chess, checkers, backgammon. You may walk through and pick the fruit from our fruit orchard (about 2 dozen varieties) which is on the side of the home. A small vineyard of Cabernet Sauvignon grapevines encircles most of the home. You may also enter the backyard courtyard which may be shared with guests of the neighboring home if that unit is also occupied during your stay. You may use the gas BBQ in the courtyard. Please clean it after use. Do not enter any other building on the property other than the Spanish Villa and Kitchen building. The Kitchen building is NOT shared. Be sure to look outside in the early morning hours to catch a glimpse of the hot air balloons that usually launch at dawn.
