waterfront entire floor with private entrance

The people, who choose a waterfront house for vacation, must have a good taste! I make my place very unique, has a style all its own. 1404 sq.ft. 2 bedroom, 1 den, 2 bathroom. Center Air Conditioning. Brand new beautiful peninsula kitchen, new outdoor BBQ grill. Laundry is in-unit. High speed WIFI. Pool table and paddle board. Mountain Rainer lake view! Dock for your boat, driveway for your car. Off street for RV. Fully closed fence for pets. Please check pets policy. The space My place is large 1404 sqft. Two bedrooms with two solid queen size beds in. Office can be settled down extra queen size airbed if needed, so does living room. So actually it can be hosted 7 people. But I prefer a 2 people family for a high quality retreat at my spacious quiet fantastic lake house. Guest access I offer my entire bottom floor for Airbnb accommodating. It is totally separated from upstairs floor which another guests group stay. The Airbnb entrance is the backyard door on the left of house. Self-access. Check in and check out freely. Other things to note I have a fenced yard and free run yard for pets. But only can host 2 well behaved pets. Will charge extra $20/day for a dog and $15/day for a cat. Airbnb website doesn't have daily pet charge service, so please contact me and pay extra for pets if you have. Thanks for understanding!
