One Story Corner House with lots off common areas to enjoy in the quite neighborhood, Host is not living in the house, perfect house to stay and relax while exploring DFW area, easy access from Dallas Tollway (3 Miles) , from Sam Rayburn Tollway (3 Miles), close to Toyota Headquarter, Chase Campus, FedEx, Capital One, The Shop at Legacy, Legacy West Mall, Stonebriar Mall, PepsiCo, Dr.Pepper Ballpark. It is walking distance to Heritage Park. The space For security reason, there are several cameras outside the house Guest access All common area will be shared among the guests only and always clean after yourself. I will stop by time to time to check and clean the common Kitchen for light cooking only, every room has its own shelf in the kitchen area, no garage access. During your stay Guests can contact me anytime but I will not be at the house.
