This clean, cozy home sits on a tree lined street in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s blocks to dining, grocery & downtown Sandpoint. 3.4 mi. to the Schweitzer shuttle (base of Schweitzer), 1/2 mi. to City Beach. We provide 5 bikes May-Oct. The kitchen has quality cookware and a gas stove for dining in. There is a Smart TV, games, crafts and a partially fenced back yard. We always use 100% cotton linens. In addition to standard cleaning, the home is disinfected and aired out between each guest. We’ve provided games, coloring books, a Smart TV including a complimentary Netflix account and other apps you can sign in to with your personal accounts. If you’re looking to get out and about, you’re in luck! This home is close to downtown- within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, only 7 minutes from the base of Schweitzer, 1/2 mile to Sandpoint City Beach and within 1 mile to hiking trails! We’ve left you a manual with our favorite coffee shops, dining, hiking trails and other activities! KITCHEN The kitchen has all of the cookware and dishes you’ll need for cooking in and some basic spices, oil and coffee. It also has an electric tea pot, coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven and mini food processor. BEDROOMS, BATHROOM *All beds have 100% cotton, high quality linens. All towels are 100% cotton. Bedroom #1- Queen bed with wardrobe and dresser, door to bathroom. Bedroom #2- Twin Bunk beds with dressers, closet, door to bathroom. Floor Mattress- There is a 4.5” thick queen sized floor mattress available to use in the living room. Bathroom- Full bathroom with tub/shower combo and doors leading to both bedrooms. OUTDOOR SPACE We’ve provided 5 bikes May - October, weather permitting. The back yard has a ton of blackberry bushes you can help yourself to in the summer! It is partially fenced and has a small charcoal bbq. The front porch has seating for two and a small table. As the property manager, I set a high standard for home maintenance, cleanliness and communication with guests. I’m very “hands on”, personally stopping by between guests to confirm all is well and ready for the next guest. I have a fast response rate should you have any questions during your stay. *RE DOGS: We do allow well behaved, house trained dogs as long as you can comply with the following, no exceptions. Dogs must stay off of ALL furniture and linens, you must clean up after them outside and their nails MUST be recently trimmed short. We have hard wood floors and dog nails scratch them up. Pet fee of $60 collected through air bnb after booking. This helps cover the cost of extra cleaning. Guests have full access to the entire property. There is a partially fenced back yard and a covered front porch with seating and outdoor space for grilling (May - October). We are here to interact as much as you would like. It’s two blocks away from a grocery store, an easy 5 minute walk to Sandpoint’s finest coffee shop, Evans Brothers, and a popular brewery and restaurant, Matchwood. Park your car and walk to the grocery store, coffee shops, dining and shopping! If you’re staying with us May - October, you’re welcome to any of the 5 bikes we’ve provided! While the home does have a back yard, it is only partially fenced and faces a quiet commercial space.
