The space Main floor has kitchen, counter, dining area, washer/dryer and Florida room along with great room has a queen sofa bed with Sealy mattress and 1/2 bath. 2nd Floor has a Primary bedroom with a King bed and sunroom for your private retreat. Guest bedroom w/1queen bed and 1 Twin bed with a large closet. Included are numerous comfy linens with little extra's like laundry/dishwasher/dish soap, paper towels, trash bags. Beach closet in Florida room has beach chairs, toys, beach wagon for your use while in the unit. Bring the Family for a fun filled vacation at 107 Linda Marie Lane inside the gated community of Gulf Highlands' where there is something for everyone of every age. Guest access Full use of 2 story townhome, all 11 pools, 18-hole mini golf, shuffleboard, pickle ball and tennis courts. Beach house restaurant and Olympic pool located on the beach. Minimum Rental age is 21 for renter and must be staying in the unit as well. Other things to note The unit including Florida room is non-smoking and does not allow for pets unless previous approval and pet deposit paid. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to reserve and must also be staying in the unit. Registration Details 40570
