This completely private, ground level apartment of our split level home with a separate entrance and features a cozy living room, kitchen equipped with all necessities, and king beds! The beautiful rooftop deck offers stunning views of the ocean and is equipped with relaxing Adirondack chairs for an amazing view of the sunset or early morning coffee to complete your stay! The space This is a bottom level 850 sqft (+/-) apartment with a private entrance on a quiet, dead end street that offers plenty of privacy while still having the luxury of being just a short distance to both the ocean and sound. The rooftop deck offers amazing views of the ocean with 6 adirondack chairs to enjoy an evening sunset or a cup of coffee for those early morning risers. Both bedrooms offer plush king sized beds, dresser, and hanging area for your clothes. All beds have 12" memory foam mattresses for a relaxing nights sleep (all linens provided). The living room offers a couch with a chaise lounge and a large 65" TV with access to Roku TV. You will have your own heating and A/C system to control for your comfort. We provide an iron and ironing board to keep all of your clothing looking freshly pressed. The bathroom offers a large stand up shower for easy access, blow dryer and all bathroom linen provided. Finally, the kitchen offers beautiful custom wood coffee station, full fridge, stove, microwave, and is fully stocked with all cookware and utensils that you need to prepare your meals while enjoying your stay. Your personal Keurig coffee station provides your first day of coffee so you can wake up feeling refreshed :) We also offer discounts throughout the year that are automatically applied to your reservation. The Atlantic Ocean public beach access is 1/4 mile walk from the house. We do recommend driving as we are located on the Roanoke Sound Side of the main road and there is no light or cross walk to the beach path. We are lucky to have free public parking to the beach access on Lillian st. Where Are You Located? Our home is located in Kitty Hawk near mile post 4. Is There A Grill? Unfortunately No. The Outer Banks can often times be windy and each year many people on the beach lose their homes due to grill related house fires. For this reason and safety reasons we do not have a grill at our home :( What Complimentary Items Are Included? - 1 roll of paper towels - 1 roll of toilet paper per bath - 1 bag per trash can - Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil - 4 K Cups - Some cream and sugar - Shampoo - Conditioner - Body Wash - Hand Soap - Dish Soap and Sponge - Blow Dryer - Ironing Board and Iron Anything else you may need outside of the complimentary items provided will need to be brought by the guest. Do You Offer Early Check In Or Late Check Out? Unfortunately, no. Check In is any time after 4:00 PM. Our cleaners do not provide us with a scheduled time that they clean our house and in exchange, provide a lower cleaning rate. Because of this we are unable to guarantee any early check ins, however, our cleaners always do their best to get finished early. Check Out is at 10:00 AM. Due to the same reason, we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM. Do you offer cable TV? No, we offer Roku TV which has lots of applications allowing you to sign into your own accounts. We also provide an HDMI Cord, to connect to a laptop or personal device. How Many Apartments Are On This property? There are two completely separate and private apartments in our split level home. This specific listing is for our 2 bedroom downstairs apartment. How Old Do I Have To Be To Rent This Property? 18+ is welcome to book. No guests under the age of 18 is allowed without a parental guardian. Please note that this is not a property that allows parties or extra guests that are not on the reservation and make sure to read through all house rules before booking. Do You Have Any Additional Info On How COVID-19 Will Impact Our Stay? Please check DareNC for the most up to date guidelines for COVID-19 impact to the OBX. Guest access You will have access to your ground floor apartment with completely private entrance which includes a kitchen, two bedroom, one bathroom, and both indoor and outdoor sitting area. It is a short walk to the public beach access where there is also parking, public restrooms, and a life guard station. The upper apartment is completely separate. It is also available for rent on Airbnb. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1000 sqft apartment. Just check out my profile page to view the upstairs apartment details :) We also have an outdoor shower to allow you to rinse off after a day at the beach. You will have a designated side of the driveway which you can park up to two sedans or a sedan and a small SUV. A large SUV or Truck may limit your space to 1 vehicle. Total driveway length is 38’ so all vehicles must fit within that length. Boats or trailers are not allowed on this property due to parking space. The out door shower, rooftop deck, and the driveway are the only shared area's. Our home is located in Kitty Hawk near mile post 4.
