This is a one-story house located on the waterfront of Yeongrang Lake in Sokcho. You can use the entire space on the first floor (about 132m2), and there is a wide living room and 3 bedrooms, so it can be used comfortably for family trips with 3 generations, small company workshops, and trips with friends. If you go out for 30 seconds from the accommodation, it is Yeongrang Lake promenade. Jangsa Port is also a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy the beautiful nature and famous restaurants nearby. The space [Room type] -Bedroom A (1 queen bed + 1 single bed)/basic 3 people/additional set of 1 futon/futon set when booking for 11 or more people -Bedroom B (1 queen bed + 1 single bed)/basic 3 people/additional set of 1 futon when booking for 12 people -Bedroom C (2 bunk beds)/Basic 4 people/When booking for 8 people or less, only 2 people at the bottom of each bed are set up for bedding ✔ Bedding is set according to the number of people booked. The queen size bed is based on 2 people, and if you want to sleep separately and request additional bedding, a setting fee of 10,000 KRW will be incurred. Additional bedding must be booked at least one day in advance of arrival and may not be available upon request on the same day. [Cleaning and Laundry] Our accommodation puts hygiene and cleanliness first, and provides cleanly washed bedding and towels every time. Rest assured that the wrinkles in the bedding occur naturally during the washing and drying process. [Kitchen & Living room] Large tables and sofas are available for 8-10 people. Cooking utensils, tableware and cups, and simple seasonings are provided for meals. You can use a large fridge, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, mini oven toaster, and water purifier. For a✔ pleasant accommodation environment, barbecue grilling meat and fish is prohibited. Additional cleaning fees may apply in case of problems due to odor and oil pollution. [Toilets and shower rooms] Each bedroom has a separate toilet and shower room (3 toilets + 3 shower rooms), so even if multiple people use it, you can quickly and comfortably clean up without waiting long in the morning. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, etc. are provided. Toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided due to✔ hygiene and environmental issues. Please bring your own. Guest access [Outdoor terrace] There is a wide outdoor terrace with a view of Yeongrang Lake. There is a table and chairs for 8 people, so it is good to sit around and chat over tea. ✔ Use is restricted after 10pm as noise can cause damage to the neighbors. Barbecue and smoking are strictly prohibited due to✔ fire hazard and pollution. [Location] It is a 30-second walk from the property to the Yeongrang Lake promenade. Take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the nature of Yeongrang Lake, which is always beautiful in four seasons. Other things to note [Security Camera] For guest safety/security and occupancy confirmation, a 24-hour security camera is installed on the stairs inside the building. Of course, the inside of the accommodation is not filmed, so don't worry. [Late night noise] This accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Please do not cause any inconvenience to the neighbors and other guests by making loud noises until late at night. ✔ Please close the windows and doors connected to the outside, such as the terrace chair, after 11pm. Please refrain from loud singing, games, and singing at a✔ late hour. If you're looking for a place to drink and sing all✔ night, this is not the place for you. [Barbecue facilities] This is a non-barbecue accommodation. [Infant and toddler facilities] There are no separate amenities for infants and toddlers. Please prepare personally if necessary.
