TWELVE O´CLOCK is located La Veleta, Region 15, just 6 min drive from calle 7, which is the main street in the area. The property itself, is located 1.6 km from calle 7 in unpaved road, as half of Tulum is, but nothing that a compact car can handle easily. We fumigate periodically but please be aware you can find bugs in the listing. We are in the middle of the jungle. The listing is cleaned before arrivals but you can find bugs anytime, ants, mosquitoes, scorpions (not poisoning), spiders (not poisoning), etc, etc. Please remember you are not in a city; you are in the Caribbean jungle. Be aware that power in town is unstable. Or could be power outages that last all night. Do you send taxis/transportation? We can send taxis to the properties when requested. If you need a taxi between 10pm and 9am, it must be notified to the manager assigned to your stay before 10pm so it can be arranged to your desired time. If taxis are not requested before 10pm, unfortunately we would not be able to do it after that time. How far are we from the beach? We are located 8 min drive to Tulum beach. Is the pool heated? None of them are heated, since the normal temperature in the area is 28 ° C Closest shop/convenience store? We recommend our guest to bring their own grocery shopping, since there’s no walking distance shops around. The closest convenience store is 10 minutes away by car. Do we modify reservations? We do not modify any confirmed reservation due to external things to us, we can only extend reservation dates if we have availability. Can I have more friends over in the property? External people from the original confirmed reservation are not allowed in the property. Other things to note For all our guests we are happy to invite you to our temazcal ceremony. The Temazcal is an ancient ceremony steeped in Mexican heritage. It involves participants sitting in a traditional sweat lodge for health and therapeutic benefits. All the ceremony is led by our own “shaman” or spiritual leader. Cost of recovery $3,500.00 pesos up to 15 guests.
