This newly renovated cottage is located on the desired West Side of Colorado Springs on a quiet street just two blocks from the heart of Old Colorado City. Within walking distance you'll find parks, coffee shops, shopping, bars/restaurants and a gym. The space This cozy cottage has a combined bedroom and living room area including a dining table, Smart TV, and light open storage space. Off the dining area is a full kitchen, perfect for longer stays with everything to satisfy your basic cooking needs. The cottage also includes a full bathroom, a sitting area in front, access to a grill, and a designated private parking spot which comes in handy during the Saturday farmers markets during the summer and other festivities in this lively community. Guest access Your private parking spot and entry to the cottage can be accessed via the alleyway behind the main property. Your parking spot will have a designated sign that says Unit #102. You have full access to the sitting area outside the cottage and all the rooms within. Trash cans are located behind the cottage. For longer stays, your mail will be delivered to the front of the property where there is a mailbox labeled #102.
