We have combined our beautiful, spacious main/upper floor and our sweet basement units together for this rental. This entire, 2,400 sq ft home boasts 2 master bedrooms 1 queen bedroom. 1 room with 2 single beds and area with a comfortable double futon. There are 3 full bathrooms, and a main floor 2 piece bathroom. ***This large, beautiful home is a perfect rental for a couple of families that want some extra space for their family. The space This beautiful house is located right beside a playground and has 2 little climbing walls, slides and swings for the children. Across from there is a little pond that you can walk around. Our house is filled with sunshine and warmth. -5 min drive to South Health hospital. -5 min drive to major grocery stores. -5 min drive to trendy restaurants. -10 min drive to fish Creek -25 min drive to airport. -50 min drive to Canmore Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our home is beautiful, full of windows and natural sunlight. We are a 5 min drive to South Health Hospital. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. -Let me walk you through this 2 storey house. -On the main level as you walk in the front door there is a sun filled living room with lovely seating and a gas fireplace for chilly evenings. The kitchen has all the stainless steel appliances and every cooking gadget you can think of. We have a 10 people place setting. The dining table is made of acacia wood and you can seat 8 around it comfortably. There is also a 2 piece washroom and a back door that leads to the sundeck and back yard. There is a parking pad if you would like to park back there. -Upstairs is the Primary bedroom with a comfortable king bed and fine linens. There is 2 night stands, walk in closet for your clothes and a attached ensuite with a soaked tub, glass shower, toilet and sink. There are 2 windows that allow a lot of sunshine in. -The next bedroom has 2 twins in it, 2 window and a nice size closet. -The 3 rd bedroom has a wonderful, comfortable queen bed, night stand, window and a large closet with a luggage rack. -On this floor there is also a 4 piece washroom with tub/shower combo, toilet and sink. There is also a linen closet in this bathroom with extra towels and bed linens. Downstairs in the suite you will find a spacious bedroom with queen bed, dresser, closet, chair and table. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, coffee bar, double sink and so much more. In the main room is a futon that turns into a queen bed. There is also a TV with Netflix. We supply bedding for that futon as well. There is a stacking stainless steel washer and dryer as well. There is a 3 piece bathroom. Loads of room for a family to enjoy. There is a little bookcase of toys as well. We have a playpen/high chair/baby toys. Guest access You will have the whole house for your stay. Other things to note We have a video SkyBell on the front, back and side door for your protection and ours. There are absolutely NO VIDEO CAMERAS inside the house.
