A 2 minute walk takes you to the waterfront village where you will find restaurants, a grocery store and lakefront walking trails. Water activities include kayaking, paddle boarding and boating or for those that like to shop, you are only 10 minutes from the Galleria Mall. NO EXTRA RESORT FEES OR PARKING FEES. Enjoy beautiful sunsets by the lake or on your own private balcony. You are sure to enjoy all that Lake Las Vegas has to offer. Guest access Get ready to enjoy your stay at our vacation home. We have left a one/two night supply of shampoo/conditioner and soap in case you forgot yours as well as a couple of coffee pods/tea bags for that first morning coffee. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom vanity drawer for your use. The Seasons Grocery is great and convenient for picking up items for your stay. They are open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking supplies for any meals you might want to prepare. If you're a wine drinker, we ask you to enjoy one we have other guests have left, and replace it with one you enjoy. We are always interested in trying new flavors. Other things to note The laundry room is located on the lower level and is open 24 hours. We have left a few washer pods under the sink in the kitchen. Please help yourself. The gym is located right next to the laundry room on the lower level and is also accessible 24 hours.
