This 2000+ Sq Ft fully furnished home is perfect for your next Adirondack getaway located in Diamond Point near Lake George & Bolton Landing. 1st fl: full kitchen/dining rm, 3 bedrooms, living area, mud rm, & a full bathroom. Lower floor offers master suite, full bathroom, laundry rm, family area with bar & pool table, Wood stove, forced heat/AC. 6 largeTVs. Wrap around deck with patio furniture,propane grill,hot tub, campfire area for you & your family to enjoy. Surrounded by scenic views. The space One family home surrounded by beautiful scenic views, bedrooms are large sized with large closets. Two king size & 2 queen size beds, 1 queen size blow up mattress ( fits in the family rm between the couch and pool table) and 4 couches. Two in the living room and two in the family room. Large kitchen fully equipped with appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, K-cup coffee maker, French press, & a drip cup coffee maker, a large island and dining table with plenty of seating, utensils, dishes, pots and pans,. Two full sized bathrooms. 1st floor bathroom has a shower/tub and lower floor has a large walk in shower. Towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and “beach/river towels”, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are also provided. The large family room in lower area has a bar, small fridge, flat screen tv, pool table, area for board games and a dart board. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. and laundry detergent. We have a back up generator in case of a power outage. There is plenty of off street parking. The wrap around deck includes plenty of comfortable outside furniture for your leisure to include a propane grill ( propane provided). Large campfire & Adirondack chairs ( fire wood not provided), and there is also a hot tub available. Guest access Guests have access to most of the house except for the master bedroom closet, living room closet, and family room storage area under the stairs. The shed, pole barn and horse stables are not accessible. In the warmer weather Guests also have access to 4 kayaks and 4 adult life jackets. Other things to note Short distances to several lakes: Lake George, Schroon Lake, Brant Lake, Trout Lake, and the Schroon River which has a kayak entrance a couple miles down the road (Warren County Canoe access). There are also popular ski resorts nearby: Gore Mountain & West Mountain Ski Resort. The house is also a few minutes away from six Flags Great Escape and indoor Waterpark, the Lake George outlets, and 30 mins from Downtown Saratoga.
