IF you are bringing a powered boat or jet ski we advise you to message us before booking to go over the vessel inspection process). The space The home is a unique Condominium that sits WATERFRONT with its own Private Dock just feet off your front deck. Bring your Kayak, canoe, paddleboard and come enjoy. From our dock you can float, swim & fish. Enjoy yourself and the beauty of Lake Tulloch. Note: We do rent: Paddleboard(s) & Pedal Boat(s). Guest access You may use our condominium and the communal lake level deck and dock (one slip available) Other things to note Copper Valley golf club and restaurant is just a 4 minute drive. Other restaurants and grocery stores are approximately a 10 min drive. Wine tasting in our area can always be a fun way to spend an off the lake day.
