Welcome to our modern cabin with ski in/out, beautiful views and amazing sun conditions in beautiful Holtardalen, Rauland. The cabin is surrounded by great alpine terrain, miles of prepared cross-country trails, alpine slopes and great nature. In summer, the area offers many hiking trails and mountain hikes in beautiful alpine terrain. Everything right outside the cabin door. The space Cabin description 1st floor. Open living room and kitchen solution with large panoramic windows provides great views of the mountains and lets nature in. The kitchen is well equipped and has several complete sets of tableware. The corner sofa with fireplace creates a social zone, so that you can be together when the food is prepared. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace with seating area, chairs and fire pit - perfect for sunny days and quiet evenings. There are also leather and warm blankets for the cold days. The laundry room is practical with washing machine, drying rack and clothes hanger. Heating cables provide good comfort and make clothes and shoes dry faster. Here you will also find an extra fridge for food and drinks. Downstairs there is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed (180 x 200 cm) and warm duvets. Bed linen can be rented if needed. The bedroom faces an undeveloped area and is quiet and peaceful. Light-proof curtains ensure good sleep on bright nights. The bedroom is wall to wall with the bathroom downstairs. The bathroom is bright and delicate with shower corner, sink and toilet. Heating cables in the floor provide good comfort. There are large and small towels that can be rented if needed. 2nd floor Bright, airy and spacious attic room with panoramic views of Raulandsfjell. Spacious corner sofa and private seating area provide space for both relaxation and social interaction. TV with Apple TV and homey interior makes it a perfect zone to retreat, play games or enjoy a movie with family/friends. The bathroom is bright and delicate with shower cabin, sink and toilet. Heating cables provide good comfort. The bathroom has convenient storage for toiletries and underwear. 2nd floor has three bedrooms with comfortable beds, warm duvets, light curtains and dressers for storing clothes and equipment. One of the bedrooms has a 180 x 200 cm bed, the other two have 150 x 200 cm. The rooms are shielded from noise - perfect for a good night's sleep. The cabin has a nice, homey interior. A wide selection of games makes it easy to gather family and friends for cozy moments together. Guest access The entire cabin is at the guests' disposal. Other things to note The cabin has a coffee maker and a coffee machine. The coffee capsules next to the coffee machine are for free use. The whole cabin is smoke-free. No pets Parking for three cars right by the cabin. There are chargers for electric cars. Towels and bed linen can be rented against payment. Wi-Fi available. DAB radio with Bluetooth is available.
