Located in an exclusive seaside residential estate along the shores of San Juan, Batangas. It is a short 7-10 minute walk to the clubhouse and swimming pools, boardwalk and beach area. It is a quiet neighborhood with an abundance of diamond parks and pocket gardens. The space Casa Buendia is a comfortable and cozy seafront home designed with a minimalist coastal theme. Home comes with an outdoor patio/garden and an azotea that gives a view of the beach and the diamond park. The design allows you to savor open spaces without leaving the comfort of your Seafront home. It has 3 bedrooms all with split-type air-conditioning and can comfortably accommodate 8-10pax: — Masters bedroom with Queen bed and a pull-out Full bed — Bedroom 2 with Full bed — Bedroom 3 with bunk bed (single on top and full bed below) — Sofa on living area may also be used for sleeping There is a bathroom located in the master's bedroom, a common bathroom and a powder room on the ground floor. The living area has its own air-conditioning unit. Our kitchen comes with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, water kettle and rice cooker. It also has complete cookware and dinnerware for your convenience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, the diamond park leading to the beach, the beach and boardwalk area and clubhouse. Clubhouse has pools and jacuzzi, children’s playground and a lighthouse tower with a fantastic 360 degree view of the bay and hills. 1. Clubhouse swimming pool operations is from 7 am to 7 pm from Tuesdays to Sundays. Mondays is closed for regular maintenance. 2. Beach is available for use anytime until 6pm. It is grey sand and swimmable though there could be waves at times depending on the weather.
