It consists of 3 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. 3 queen beds, 2 single beds It is a suitable space for families to stay while being in the center of Sinchon. There are 3 rooms, so it's pleasant to stay. There is a 50-inch TV, so you can watch Netflix and YouTube ^ ^ Built-in washing machine, microwave, toaster, induction, wireless kettle, dryer, etc. Please use a nearby paid parking lot. (Shinchon ybm Language School Parking Lot, Shinchon Bertigo Parking Lot) Other things to note *Accommodation Rules* • You must take off your shoes at the entrance and come in. • You cannot grill meat or fish in the accommodation. (In case of violation, a cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW will be charged) • You must be evicted in the event of a noise complaint after 9pm. • You are liable for any damages or losses to items. • Air conditioning or heating with the window open You must not do it. •Smoking.
