Or, just settle into a day-bed, couch or sun-lounge with a coffee or wine, light the BBQ and relax, read a book, soak up the sun and make the most of slowing down! The space Located on a dune overlooking Sandy Point township and shallow inlet, this property is set on 4 levels utilising the fall of the land and capturing the views from one of the decks or inside. Full of natural light and utilising light timber tones, the space is airy and inviting, with two living areas where the kids can be in the rumpus and the adults in the living room or vice versa, there are many entertainment spaces inside and out. Each Bedroom and living space has a split system and a ceiling fan for complete control of the climate in that room and a wardrobe for your belongings. All quality linen and towels will be provided for your stay. From the outdoor shower, you have direct access straight into the wet room located in the laundry making it easy to clean up from a trip to the beach. The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and iron. The Rumpus room has 2 Koala sofas which can be made into two very comfortable queen sized beds making the sleeping arrangements up to 10 if desired. If the guests require use of the sofas, linen will be provided to use as required at request The Kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee pod machine (number of pods included) we also keep sharp quality knifes on had for those who like to cook up a storm and appreciate a sharp knife. The rear deck has a area of artificial turf in a private yard that is great for the kids or sun baking or anything else you can think of. The deck on this side of the house has a bar table and webber BBQ for outdoor entertainment and you can see Wilsons promontory through the vegetation to the south east The front deck on the top level has spectacular views over Sandy Point township and shallow inlet and mountain ranges beyond and a great spot to spend an evening as the sky often gives a great display of colours. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and house except some locked storage cupboards and the shed Other things to note Sandy Point can see power outages from time to time during summer, this is generally fixed pretty quickly. This property is located on a dune, so naturally there are a lot of stairs. Great for a workout, not so great for bad knees!
