Located in charming Vanchiglietta, my apartment is bright, comfortable, and well-equipped. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to split cooling and heating unit. Linens and towels provided. Filled with art made by artists I know and enjoy. Walk to center along the Po or take a short tram ride. Vanchiglietta is a quiet neighborhood with shops, a market, and cinema. Close to the Po and Dora rivers. Two balconies. We will greet you at the apartment for check-in. The space The apartment is on the first floor. It’s freshly painted, very comfy, clean, and light. There’s an entranceway, a sitting room with a TV, a small but equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with a double bed. There are lots of cabinets available for you to use. Sheets and towels are provided. There’s even a desk for remote working. The kitchen has everything you’ll need, including a toaster, coffee moka, and a Lavazza espresso machine. There’s a drop-leaf table for dining. The daybed in the sitting room also functions as a single bed if needed (please let us know, so we can prepare). The bedroom floors are parquet, and there are two balconies: one overlooking the internal courtyard of the building and one facing the front. Heating: as per condominium regulations, our heating is centralized and active from October 15-April 15. Guest access The whole apartment is yours for you to enjoy. Well-behaved pets are welcome. I have closed off the cabinets that hold my personal things. Other things to note People love renting e-bikes or scooters and cruising up the river to the center of town. There’s free street parking available but also a few private lots nearby. We are only an 8 minute tram ride or an easy 15-min walk to piazza Castello!
