Independent bedroom in a house in the Braou neighborhood. This is our spare room! Please read the listing and read the house rules. The main asset is its independent and private entrance. Come and enjoy Biarritz, the Côte and the Basque Country, while staying in a quiet and serene place! The space 11 m2 bedroom + bathroom (toilet + shower + sink). Independent and private access. No kitchen. Equipped for aperitif or breakfast (mini fridge for picnic, beer, rosé, fruit juice or milk, kettle for tea, Senseo coffee machine). Guest access Outdoor area in front of the bedroom equipped with a picnic table and umbrella. Other things to note Free and easy parking on the street (but possibility to securely park motorcycles, or even a motorcycle trailer within the house). 1.5 km from Place Clemenceau, Grande Plage and Les Halles (25 min walk or bus line 11 or free shuttle). Airport and bus station nearby (15 min walk or bus line 11). Train station by bus line 6. Anglet beaches by bus line 38. Bayonne and Anglet by bus lines T1 and 6. Notes: - Heat pump: please do not heat to more than 19°C in winter, or cool to less than 22°C in summer. - the towels provided are not very large, but more than sufficient to wipe yourself after washing (you don't wrap yourself with them)... - no wall bracket for the shower head, this avoids staying too long, and saves water! - For the return from the beach, there is a hose to wash sand off your legs and feet. So, we don't put sand all over the room.
