The neighboring families have young children and are sensitive with noise. If you're looking for a place to party, book elsewhere. Neighbors will call the authorities and shut the party down along with our business. *We have a strict no party / loud music rule. There is a minimum fine of $500. *No gathering outside in the front of the house. *Outdoor quiet hours start at 10pm and run until 7am. *No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. There is a cleaning fee of $1000 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected. *No shoes inside the property. Our floors are deep cleaned after each stay, please respect our space by leaving your shoes on the shoe rack before you enter our home. *Check-in time is 5PM-12am (fees apply after 10pm) *Check-out time is 10am *No extra / overnight guests - having more guests than stated in your reservation will result in an immediate cancellation. *No mail delivered here (unless personally arranged ahead of time) *No unplugging electronics like TVs, appliances, etc *Storage only possible when available and upon request, for a fee *No pets *We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken Photo ID matching reservation is required in order for reservation to be accepted.
