Live in the quiet, conveniently located condo with a city view. The ground floor of the building houses a supermarket, eateries, coffee shops, banks and convenience stores. The apartment features a balcony with a view of Makati's skyline, and it's only a short drive to Greenbelt movie theatres and nightclubs with live music. The space This one-bedroom unit has been completely furnished, renovated, and brought up to condotel standards. A very handy grocery is located on the ground floor, along with all the other services mentioned. The entrance is accessible from the lobby. Guest access Everything in the one-bedroom apartment, including the balcony, is yours to use. As with your personal belongings at home, please handle it with care and respect. The following fees are not refundable and are not included in Airbnb charges: -Ticket for the swimming pool On normal days, each person would pay ₱ 200 each day. On holidays, it costs ₱ 350 per person per day. (SMDC Jazz Residences owns, maintains, and charges for it.) The administrator closes at 1 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. When the admin is available, tickets must be ordered. In order for us to assist you in ordering your pool tickets, kindly let us know in advance. Rate for private parking: ₱ 450 per night (after check-in and check-out times) There are just three spots available for private parking. If you fail to make a reservation in advance, parking spaces are still available at Jazz Mall. Immediately after making a reservation, guests must pay and submit their vehicle information for authorization approval in order to reserve our private parking. Please be aware that reservations cannot be made the same day as the arrival date, particularly during the holidays. Other things to note Once the reservation has been confirmed, or at least three days before check-in, please ensure that all guests have proper identification and vaccination records. to ensure a seamless check-in. Accommodations will only be granted to those who have submitted documentation in advance. (Documents are used exclusively to request the building managers' approval of a necessary Guest Authorization Form, which is requested at the time of self-check-in.) Please be mindful of weekends and holidays. The building administrator is closed on holidays and only approves requests between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays.
