Green Bacchus by Walias: This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Private room with bath, balcony and shared access to common areas like hall, kitchen and sky garden on level 5. Be a sport to climb those stairs to the 3rd floor :) The space Property has 3 bedrooms, hall, kitchen and is located on level 3 of apartment building, Ompee Palms. Common area has a well equipped kitchen, Smart TV with complimentary access to youtube premium and Netflix. This property is not a professionally managed hotel but a guesthouse with sky garden, so services would be limited to the ones already mentioned. List of house rules would be shared at the time of booking/before checking in. Please adhere to the same, have a great time but without giving us sleepless night. My family and I stay at Level 4. Beautiful sky/terrace garden on level 5 for your outdoor fun/ celebrations/calm /workout or just to get some air in your hair. Catch a few winks here too! Other things to note Quiet hours 10 pm onwards. No abuse whatsoever of any kind at any time. No terrace access during quiet hours. Vomit stains, if any, have to be immediately cleaned up by guests. You've to clean up after your pet's dropping immediately. Vomit/Pet droppings if found would attract one day apartment fare over and above house rule violation fine Fine of Rs. 5000 on violation of any house rule, for each instance.
