We are just 150 meters from one of the most beautiful and preserved beaches on São Paulo's north coast. Praia Vermelha do Sul enchants with its unique characteristics, enveloping visitors in an atmosphere of respect and integration with nature. We do not have accessibility for wheelchair users. Pets are accepted upon prior consultation at the time of booking, with specific conditions. The space Rustic, comfortable, well-ventilated and bright house, with 1 master suite with air-conditioning and a combined bedroom for the family, in addition to 4 more suites equipped with portable fans. We don't have a toilet; all the bathrooms are in the suites, one of which is at the bottom of the house. The social area consists of a living room with a fireplace, TV room, dining room, kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators, balcony with barbecue, furniture and hammock, as well as a terrace with table and chairs to relax to the sound of birds and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Atlantic Forest. Guest access The house is completely available to guests. Including a covered garage for two cars. The garage access ramp is very steep and can be a little more difficult to climb on rainy days. Although the social area of the house is completely flat, the house is not a single-story building, because to access the living rooms, kitchen and main suites there are flights of stairs and it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Beach chairs and parasols are available. Other things to note We do not accept pets! It is important to ensure the safety and well-being of all visitors. The maid service is optional and can be contracted separately for R$ 350.00 per day, for work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This service must be booked in advance, as it depends on availability, and includes: cooking, cleaning and tidying the house and full assistance during the stay. The preparation of the menu for meals, as well as the purchase of ingredients for their preparation, can be discussed and agreed upon in advance between the parties. Services NOT included in the hiring of the maid: Washing and ironing guests' clothes. Babysitting service, Assistance and care for the elderly and children.
