This light, sunny granny flat is in a pleasant residential street 200m from cafes, fast food and public transport. Narrow Neck Beach is a short walk away. It is best for couples or people traveling alone. We can accommodate a family with young children, for a short visit, and do have a portacot available. As well as the separate bedroom with a queen bed, the sofa makes into a double bed, this is in the lounge area. The space As the unit has full cooking facilities you can be completely self-sufficient if you wish. There is a washing machine for your use in the bathroom, and a drier is available in the garage, which is out the back door of the unit. Guest access This unit has its own front door and is completely self-contained. There is a small courtyard at the front for your exclusive use. Other things to note If you are using the unit as a base to get to work in the city, Lake Road can get quite congested at peak hour, and the harbour bridge is always busy. A 20 minute drive to the CBD off-peak can stretch to an hour on peak. Anywhere on the North Shore will have the same traffic congestion problems during peak hour. There is a good bus service to the city from Belmont, and also ferry services from Devonport and Bayswater.
