It is all one one level and provides reasonable access for those with minor mobility issues. This is a one apartment upstairs /one apartment downstairs building. Having separate entries, both can accommodate 4 people and both have an individual lock-up garage with an EV charger. Other things to note With its proximity to the hospital a lot of our guests are either patients or caregivers of patients, therefore we appreciate our guests taking extra precautions with hygiene and in particular reference to Covid, we would rather you cancel your booking should you contract Covid prior to arrival. A single lock-up garage with internal access to the property is included. Wall mounted EV CHARGER - Type 2 , 7.2kw, BYO cable . It is a strictly smoke free/vapefree/drug free accommodation and any evidence of the above will result in a full deep clean, and additional cleaning of bedding and furnishings being paid for by the guest.
