Summer is a beautiful time away from the crowds: a paradise for hiking, walking, or cycling to discover the peaks, where you can encounter chamois and ibex, but also for going down the river to Lake Geneva while enjoying the charm of Evian or Yvoire. Leave the village of Abondance, sink into the mountain, and come and recharge your batteries in this little nest. 3 minutes from the hiking departures, close to the superb Lac des Plagnes, you will stay in a small but functional cocoon, decorated with taste. The space The Tiny Cozy is a former sophrology/reflexology room. Everything has its place in 13 m2. Functional entrance with multiple coat racks (for your different outdoor outfits) Bathroom area: - designer shower: be careful, it is not in a closed bathroom, which does not allow perfect privacy! - Separate washbasin/toilet Dining area: table for 2/TV by Orange/Wi-Fi/well-equipped kitchenette up to the mini raclette machine. Microwave without a conventional oven. Nescafé "dolce gusto mini me" (plan your pods or ground coffee). Sleeping area: You will sleep either on the sofa bed or on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. (large people should refrain). Outside, - a small wooden shelter for your skis or hiking boots. - a wooden terrace - accessible garden to have a coffee after a day of sports. Guest access The Tiny Cozy is only for you but the main chalet is only separated by a small paved terrace. The main chalet (Asteroid B612 Le Ptit Paradis d'Abondance) can be occupied by other tenants or the owners. There's a parking spot for each, side by side. To rent the Asteroid over the same period, take the Airbnb listing "L'Astéroïde B612 et le Tiny Cosy" On the last 50 meters of access, in winter, you need a car equipped with either chains or snow tires (+/- chains). Other things to note We're not necessarily on site. Your arrival is autonomous. Access to Abondance ski area is a 3-minute drive. Access to the Portes du Soleil area by Panthiaz chairlift, 15 minutes by car. Lac des Plagnes (free cross-country ski trails) 10 minutes away. Multiple hikes, starting point on foot.
