Rangetop/Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer. The living room has a SmartTV and brand new furnishings for your comfort. Bedroom - Queen memory foam mattress, large wardrobe, and en-suite full bathroom. Door leading to shared laundry space. This space separates the front/back unit. There is a SHARED laundry space that has a stackable washer/dryer. NOT for this unit. Your parking is either on the street or Frazier Park lot (during day) Other things to note For this space, you can park on the street. There is typically a spot right in front of the house if available. Street parking is allowed but please adhere to any signage. There is free parking in the Frazier Park parking lot during the day, but overnight is prohibited. NO Street Parking on GAME days!
