This distinctive tiny house has an open concept design that is both contemporary and comfortable. A roll up garage door with double-paned windows opens from a summer kitchen onto a covered patio. From an electric fireplace to fine tiles and fixtures, The Venice is filled with high end finishes. Your tiny house stay won’t be a tiny experience...relax and unwind, enjoy sunrise yoga by the lake, and use our amenities to fish, kayak, and explore the natural beauty of Orlando! The space ** This house is pet friendly with an additional $50 fee (pet fee collected separately after booking through the AirBNB resolution center) One of the most unique features of this tiny house is the floor to ceiling, roll up garage door that opens onto the patio. The garage door is filled with windows, so that guests can enjoy gorgeous views of the lake both inside and out. The Venice has a panoramic view of beautiful Lake Fairview! The outside covered patio offers a teak seating area that is perfect for taking in the sunrise over the lake. The Venice has large counter tops to make cooking easy and enjoyable. During your stay, take advantage of Florida lake life! You’ll be steps from the lake, and we encourage you to enjoy our paddle boat, paddleboard and kayak. Feel free to use anything in the house, and of course, please treat everything with respect. The Venice was displayed at the 2017 Covering Show for architecture & design, tile, and appliances at the Orlando Convention Center. The tiny house is now parked at Orlando Lakefront on a premier spot on the lake. Guest access Home access: There is wifi, fun stuff to access: Enjoy the lake with a paddleboard also a tandem kayak (also converts to a one-person). Relax on our two fishing docks (2 fishing poles available). All free of charge :-) Other things to note Celebrating something? Book one of our Celebration Experiences with your stay!
