Room for rent in house

My house is very pleasant to stay in. It includes on the ground floor a large living room, facing south, with separate kitchen, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. It has a small front and back garden, with terrace. No problem parking a vehicle. The space Single-family home located in a town of more than 10,000 inhabitants with and Forest, 5 km from Perpignan, 20 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from Spain, 1 hour from the Mountain. House that I am the only one to occupy, No pets. Guest access Shared kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. During your stay I travel a lot and I stay with locals myself. Other things to note Bath Towels are not provided Bedroom is upstairs It is accessed WITHOUT SHOES Thank you
