The space The Jurerê Premier Loft is very well located, just 200 meters from the Jurerê sea, next to trendy bars and restaurants and local shops, such as pharmacies, bakeries, supermarkets and services in general!!! Brand new, spacious, complete, fully equipped, high standard and finely decorated apartment, located in a newly inaugurated high standard residential development in Jurerê. The apartment consists of a large and integrated social area, with a kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony with a barbecue area, as well as a laundry room, toilet and an extra living room on the mezzanine. For rest, there are 3 “traditional” suites and 1 “open” suite on the mezzanine (extra living room with queen herval sofa bed), including the 4 full and private bathrooms of these suites. All rooms are decorated, equipped with smart TVs and air-conditioning, including the kitchen. Guests are also entitled to 2 covered and private parking spaces. No parties! No visitors allowed!
