🏡 Comfortable accommodation for 6 people (double bedrooms), expandable to 8 (on request) thanks to a connecting bedroom and a landing with children's beds. 🐱 An independent cat lives on site (cat flap, automatic food, no litter) ✨ House renovated in a contemporary style, while retaining the soul of an old home. 🌳 In Montigny-sur-Loing, a charming artists' village near the Fontainebleau forest ⚠️ Not suitable for young children and people allergic to cats The space The house is ideal for six adults and can accommodate up to three additional people, for a total capacity of nine people. 🛏️ Distribution of beds: Three private bedrooms: - A master suite on the first floor with private bathroom and toilet - Two double bedrooms on the second floor (toilet on the landing, bathroom one floor below) - A double bedroom/office/library crossing the first floor: This large double bedroom is equipped with doors at both ends and opaque curtains, guaranteeing better privacy for the occupants. - A large open landing on the top floor: It accommodates an extra double bed (firm mattress), ideal for middle-aged children. ⚠️ The house is not suitable for young children: the stairs do not have railings and the windows are unprotected. No travel cot is available. Warm and functional living spaces The ground floor offers a large living space combining living room, kitchen and dining area. - The living room is equipped with a large sofa, a home theater with TV, and a piano for musicians. - It opens onto a pleasant terrace, bordered by a small pond populated with carp and frogs, whose singing animates summer evenings. - The fireplace in the living room is out of service, but a perfectly functional colonial stove is available in the dining room. - The underfloor heating ensures excellent thermal comfort, the stove can add a friendly touch. - The large rustic table allows you to share meals with 9 or 10 guests comfortably, or even up to 12 by squeezing a little. Large garden and direct access to the river The spacious garden opens with a small gate on the Loing River. A swing is installed, reserved for children under the supervision of their parents, at their own risk. 🐾 The house cat A very peaceful and independent cat lives in the house. It goes out freely through a cat flap, feeds via a vending machine, and does its business outside – no litter box is present. It does not require any care, but will appreciate your cuddles if you wish. Thank you for taking care of it during your stay. ⚠️ Its presence can be a problem for people with allergies.
