Welcome to our spacious family home in Vistamar, Carolina! Just minutes from the airport and Isla Verde’s stunning Hobbie Beach, this modern 3-bedroom retreat is perfect for families or small groups. Enjoy easy access to Puerto Rico’s top attractions, from pristine beaches to vibrant nightlife. With a cozy atmosphere and convenient location, our home offers the ideal balance of relaxation and adventure for your stay. The space Our property features comfortable rooms, each with a queen-size bed, perfect for a relaxing stay. The living room and kitchen are in separate, spacious areas, fully equipped with everything you need. There are two mirrors—one in the hallway near the rooms and another by the entrance. The backyard patio is designated for smoking or group activities, while the garage area offers additional seating (not for smoking to avoid odors indoors). The house also includes a laundry area (cleaning supplies not provided). Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including all rooms, the backyard patio, and common spaces. The only restricted areas are the patio beyond the white fence and parking in the second garage. Otherwise, you are welcome to enjoy all other areas during your stay! Other things to note Our house is equipped with an automatic generator for power outages and a solar water heater for your convenience. The neighborhood is calm, with minimal traffic—mostly neighbors, guests, or my family members. It’s located on a quiet, no-exit street, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The only notable noise might be the occasional sound of planes taking off due to the proximity to the airport.
