Our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is the downstairs of our family home located in a quiet, family friendly culdesac, close minutes from downtown, shopping, routes 79, 89 and 96! It is a fully remodeled, spacious, fully furnished apartment, new appliances, with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bedroom and bathroom. With lots of living space, endless amenities, a backyard with a patio, full size grill and a brand new vita spa hot tub to enjoy, we are positive you will be happy with your stay! This spacious apartment is extremely clean and well appointed with high quality materials. It is well insulated and toasty warm in winter! Heat is provided by a beautiful and cozy natural gas furnace that is completely safe and vents to the outside. It is connected to a thermostat that is up to you to control. Hallway and bedroom both have heat provided by electric baseboards, also for you to control with thermostats. AC is a window unit, located in the spacious bedroom, but it is fully functioning and does the job of keeping the apartment cool. There are two smart TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We do not provide streaming app login's, but we do offer cable, all you have to do is log into the Spectrum app! Lawn is always well cared for, whether it is summer or winter time! Bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed with an adjustable base that includes a USB plug and night light, a mini crib with a thick crib mattress safe for your little one. A queen size air mattress is available in the unit as well for an additional guest. We have included a sound machine for an even more comfortable rest! In addition, there’s a small humidifier for additional comfort during these cold winter months! Living room has a couch, sofa and a TV, which could mean more sleeping room for those accompanying you! Dining room table seats 4 and the brand new kitchen has full size appliances including the french door refrigerator with a built in ice maker. Bathroom has a large vanity and lots of storage space and a dual magnetic shower head with a tub. We do have exterior Arlo security cameras on site, as well, for everyone’s safety and soundness. One is located in the front to monitor the parking area and the culdesac, the other is located in the back by the entrance but definitely facing away from the entrance door! In addition to all the amazing amenities we offer with our beautiful private apartment, we’ve placed plenty of family games in the living room for you to enjoy! Brochures and other fun area booklets are available to view as well so you can learn this beautiful Ithaca and surrounding area better and enjoy it to the fullest! We look forward to hosting you! Guests will have their own private, off street parking and the unit is a separate living space with your own private entrance and no access to the upstairs unit or other owner occupied areas of the house. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, entry way = all yours! The yard space is yours to enjoy as well, so bring your lawn chairs, etc. and enjoy yourselves! We have a full size grill available for you to use, as well. The hot tub is for your enjoyment, our guests! Our family occupies the upstairs unit and are available for any and all emergencies, repairs, and any other needs you may have during your stay with us! We are very friendly; you may knock on our front door or call via telephone any time you need us. If there are additional items you find yourself in need of and we can provide to you, we will - we strive to make our guests happy and their stay as comfortable and pleasing as can be! We’re open to any and all feedback and have provided suggestion cards for you to leave for us - we will make sure to make improvements to the Airbnb, as we’re fairly new to this whole thing and want to be the best hosts we can be! Our house is located in a family friendly, well maintained culdesac in the City of Ithaca. It is a block away from a bus stop and minutes away from wegmans/shopping, hiking trails, minutes away from downtown and close to routes 96, 89 and 79 that take you to the wonderful falls and wine trails! We are close to Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen as well. Come and enjoy your stay in a beautiful new unit with a Vita Spa hot tub in a great location with a spacious backyard space and all the privacy/comfort you need during your stay! TCAT bus stop is a short distance away and will take you right downtown so you can transfer to any location you need to get to. Since the house is seconds away from cass park, the walking trail is beautiful and convenient to get to for a quick, or long walk! The park also has a children's playground, but we are so close to the science center, etc. Did i mention that there is not a single place that doesn't deliver to Elmcrest Circle, yep, it's great! Lyft and Uber are available and relatively cheap depending on where you’d like to go. Since we have great parking, you will not have a thing to worry about when it comes to parking your vehicle and have it safe and secure during your stay with us. As mentioned above, our family occupies the upstairs unit and you will hear us/footsteps at times. We do have two sweet, young boys and their presence will be known from time to time! The home is situated in a quiet City location, but very close to a large diversity of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, parks, falls and trails. It is also a short drive away from the Finger Lakes, wine, beer, cheese, and cider trails, as well as the famous Taughannock falls, not to mention only minutes away from the beautiful Cornell University & Ithaca College grounds. We have placed brochures and information in the apartment for many of these area attractions and menu's from our favorite restaurants! Enjoy!
