Important Information: To ensure the safety of our home, neighbors, and guests, we have a few policies in place: Rental Agreement: We require all guests to complete a short-term rental agreement and provide a copy of driver’s license confirming your address prior to check-in. This process takes only about five minutes. Cancellation Policy: To ensure a smooth check-in process, the rental agreement must be signed no later than 5:00 PM on the day before check-in. Failure to sign the agreement by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your booking. Please note that cancellations made under these circumstances are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, which is applied as a service charge for administrative costs and lost booking opportunities. This fee is in addition to any nonrefundable portion of your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in completing the agreement on time to avoid any disruptions to your stay. Shared Spaces Notice: This property has multiple units, sharing a common lobby. This listing is for Unit B, a luxurious private king suite with its own bathroom designed for your ultimate comfort. While this space is fully private, please note that there is another tenant residing in Unit A on the property. Please be mindful of other guests, and kindly ensure the front door lobby remains closed when entering or exiting. Please be aware that we have children residing on the property, and while infrequent, you may occasionally hear them. The driveway, entrance door, and lobby leading to your private suite are shared spaces used for access only. For security purposes, these areas are monitored by surveillance cameras (recording audio and video). Please do not tamper with cameras or smoke alarms, as they are in place for everyone’s security. Parking Instructions: Driveway: Park in front of the single-car garage on the left (closest to the entrance). Street Parking: Available on Grange Street. Guest access Guests can access their private bedroom and bathroom by entering the premises through the main entry of the home and then the door on the left-side in the lobby area. During the stay, guests can expect complete privacy inside the designated unit. SMART LOCK SETTING: Please do not change the key lock setting to “private” and always leave it on “general”; otherwise, you will get locked out, and further assistance will be necessary to change this setting again. If earlier than one hour before check-in time, an additional $25/hour applies. ** Late Check-Out: Complimentary extensions of 30–60 minutes may be approved with advance notice (requested on check-in day). Otherwise, a $25/hour fee applies for late departures. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO A LATER CHECK IN IF BOOKING IS ON THE SAME DAY. Sometimes we require additional time to prepare the room. FOR LATE CHECK-OUT, WE REQUEST ALL GUESTS TO PROVIDE US WITH ADVANCE NOTICE ON THE CHECK-IN DATE!! GUEST LIMIT: Maximum 2. Our suite accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. Violations of this limit will result in a $500 fine. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior written consent, as this suite is not suitable for gatherings. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF ACCOMMODATIONS Guests have one hour upon check-in to inspect the property and report any concerns. After this time, the accommodations will be deemed accepted as satisfactory, except for appliance issues, which should be reported as soon as discovered. NOTICE ON AMENITIES: Please note that we provide a starter kit of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, snacks, paper towels, shampoo, and other basic supplies. These are intended to cover the initial period of your stay and will not be replenished. If you are staying with us for more than one week, it is your responsibility to purchase additional supplies as needed. We strive to ensure that the starter kit is sufficient for the average guest, but we cannot guarantee that it will last the entire duration of longer stays because every guest has different needs.
