This rental agreement must be completed prior to check-in or will result in the cancellation of your booking. In the event a booking is confirmed and subsequently canceled due to a refusal to sign the required contract, a $50 cancellation fee will be imposed if cancellation occurs on your check-in day. Notice to Airbnb Guests Regarding Use of Public Areas (Including: Driveway, Entrance & Lobby): This notice serves to inform all Airbnb guests that the common areas (AKA: driveway, entrance door to lobby and the lobby leading to the unit) are strictly designated for passage leading to the Airbnb listing and intended solely for ingress and egress. It is important to note that this area is shared by both guests and hosts. For security purposes, please be aware that there are surveillance cameras installed in the areas mentioned above, recording both audio and video. Guests are not permitted to tamper with the security cameras or the smoke alarms. As such, guests should understand that there is no reasonable expectation of privacy within the common areas mentioned above. These measures are implemented to safeguard the interests and well-being of both guests and hosts. Guest access Guests can access their private bedroom and bathroom by entering the premises through the main entry of the home and then the door on the left-side in the lobby area. During the stay, guests can expect complete privacy inside the designated unit. SMART LOCK SETTING: Please do not change the key lock setting to “private” and always leave it on “general”; otherwise, you will get locked out, and further assistance will be necessary to change this setting again. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Note: We would like to remind you that early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and are approved on a case-by-case basis. EARLY CHECK-IN: We would be happy to accommodate early check-ins when possible. If you need to check in earlier than one hour before the scheduled time, we do charge an additional $25 per hour for each hour before the scheduled check-in time. LATE CHECKIN: Late check-ins are permitted. We provide easy smart codes for your convenience. PLEASE NOTE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO A LATER CHECK IN IF BOOKING IS ON THE SAME DAY. Sometimes we require additional time to prepare the room. We strive in providing you a room in its best condition; thus, we may request additional prep time on last minute bookings. FOR LATE CHECK-OUT, WE REQUEST ALL GUESTS TO PROVIDE US WITH ADVANCE NOTICE ON THE CHECK-IN DATE!! LATE CHECKOUT: Complemantary late check-out is permitted for an extra 30 - 60 min in case-by-case basis. (Advance notice required.) Otherwise, an ADDITIONAL $25 PER HOUR CHARGE may apply for every hour for ALL late checkouts. GUEST LIMIT: Maximum 2. Violations of this limit will result in a $500 fine. No additional visitors beyond the 2-guest limit are permitted without prior written consent from the host. This suite is not suitable for small gatherings. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF ACCOMMODATIONS Guests shall have one hour upon check-in to thoroughly inspect the premises and notify the owner immediately of any issues or concerns. Failure to provide such notification within this time frame shall be deemed as the guest's acceptance of the accommodations as satisfactory and in good condition. No claims regarding the condition of the property will be entertained after this period, except for issues related to appliances, which must be reported as soon as they are discovered.
