Located on the South end of Skaha Lake in the Okanagan (10-minutes South of Penticton and 10-minutes North of the District Wine Village) this 1 bedroom condo is close to everything: parks, the KVR trail, beaches, the local grocery store, hiking, and local wineries. The space Cozy, beachy, spacious, and located in one of our favourite spots in all of BC (we mean that!)—welcome home! Location. Location. Location! Conveniently located right next to the KVR trail system, on Skaha Lake (one of BC's warmest lakes), close to parks and beaches, and the Okangan Falls grocery store—this spot truly does check all of the boxes. Inside you'll find large and bright open spaces with tasteful (and comfy) decor, cozy beds, and all of the necessities for your stay. Did we mention 10ft ceilings?! Need more space? No problem! This unit was designed with extended families in mind! Ask us about renting the unit next door and take advantage of connecting double (and lockable) doors between units to double the size of the space (and sleeping capacity). This option gives you access to a total of ~1,800sf, 2x bedrooms, 2x sofabeds, 2x bathrooms, 2x kitchens, and plenty of open space for everyone to enjoy. Don't need the extra space? Don't worry about noise—the walls (and double doors) were engineered to keep the noise inside the unit it's coming from (with the doors closed)—so grandma and grandpa can sleep well at night once it's time to turn in! Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the condo for your stay, a dedicated parking stall, as well as additional spots if needed. For those renting the 1-bedroom unit next door to take advantage of the connecting doors between units (see photos), you'll receive codes for both units (under each individual reservation) and will be able to lock and unlock doors between units at your discretion. Note: this option requires a reservation for both condo units (2x 1-bedroom condos for a total of ~1,800sf, 4x beds, 2x kitchens, 2x bathrooms, and plenty of room). Other things to note Please note that while we do accept pets, our building only allows for 1 pet. If you are planning to bring your furry family member, be sure to indicate in your reservation as we do charge a pet fee for your stay.
