The highlight of the house is the wonderful outdoor area, which was supplemented in 2020 by a new seating area with a fireplace. On the balcony you can catch the first hours of sunshine in the morning, and on the terrace facing south-west you can enjoy the evening sun. Always with a magnificent view of the Churfirsten. You can reach the house directly via the garage, which also offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living and dining area is completed with a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms for a total of 5 people are available to you. Particularly cool for kids is the room with a "mattress bed". Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower. The house is perfect for family holidays or an outing with friends. After an eventful day, you can wind down in the evening sun or let your thoughts run free by the crackling fire. Pets are not permitted. On the neighbouring property, an extension will be constructed from May to September 2026. During this time, there may occasionally be construction noise on weekdays during the day. From August onwards, work will be relocated mainly to the interior.
